Morten Benjaminsen
Managing Director / Fire protection Products & Systems Technical Authority
In 2002 Morten Benjaminsen founded INMACO Norway and in 2007 founded INMACO Australia. This business brought Norwegian Offshore technology to Australia and since that time Morten has been the Managing Director of a successful Fire Protection Engineering business that supports the global market. Morten Benjaminsen is regarded as an expert in firefighting integrated systems and has worked on Projects including Gorgon, Devil Creek, Varanus Island, Ichthys, Goodwyn, Ngujima Yin, Okha, Curtis Island, Yola, Bayu Undan, Montara, Jordbaer, Martin Linge, Freeport, Coral and many more.
Morten provides clients with 20 plus years of experience specific to fire protection and loss prevention.
Mark Drage

Your first point of contact with any enquiry. Mark Drage has worked in service-based roles for more than 20 years, including 5 + years in fire protection systems and support. Mark has worked locally and internationally with clients so he can bring insight from his experience direct to your scope of work. Mark finds and sets challenges for the team, to push them to solve problems.
Reinder Ruiter
Contracts & Operations Manager
PRINCE2® certified and experienced manager of engineering, projects and technical support services with professional expertise spanning over 10 years. Within that timeframe, Reinder has extensive experience in contract managing local and overseas projects, both small and large. Project expertise includes for example the Chevron Gorgon Project, INPEX Ichthys and Quadrant (Santos) Varanus Island as well as overseas Statoil Jordbaer KNARR FPSO, TechnipFMC Martin Linge FPSO and the Moho Nord FPU project.
Reinder is able to assist clients with small-scale quick service solutions through to complete maintenance planning for the lifecycle of the fire protection equipment. Reinder has excellent verbal and written communication skills to meet the ever-increasing documentation and reporting requirements within the industry.
Danielle Atkinson
Accounts and Administration
Danielle joined in early 2019 to manage the bookkeeping, accounts and administration functions of Incos Engineering and brings a wealth of knowledge developed across the past three decades. Danielle has worked in retail banking including customer service, human resources, administration roles and then moved in to the private sector where she has been working for small business providing bookkeeping, accounts and administration support.
Bruce Tatterson

Bruce Tatterson has a reputation for solving problems. His wealth of knowledge has been developed across more than 25 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Since 2012 Bruce has been based in Perth and supporting clients in Australia, Europe, United States and Asia. Bruce is an expert in:
Commissioning integrated fire suppression systems, Customised solutions to extend the life of equipment and Valve repairs and modifications. In addition, Bruce is one of only two field personnel qualified in Australia to work on the Rapp Bomek fire doors and hatches. In recent years Bruce has been supporting Australian Navy contractors to service and maintain OEM equipment on some of Australia’s Navy Fleet.
Bruce Giles
HSSEQ / Aftersales products
Bruce commenced working with the team in early 2014 to support the HSSEQ function and our component sales. His experience in Audits, HSSEQ and Documentation will assist customers with their own standards and corporate requirements. Bruce has been assisting customers with coordinating components and consumables and as a special interest area helping customers with expediting Fire Fighting Foam testing. Tony Guzdek
Field Service Technician
Tony began his working career in the military as a Heavy diesel fitter serving in the UK and overseas. On arrival in Australia in 2007 Tony began working as a Field Service Technician progressing into the Oil, Gas and Mining industries. During this time Tony has worked offshore installing subsea equipment, onshore with land based wellheads and installed a range of fire suppression systems on mining vehicles. As well as manufacturing fire systems Tony also has had hands on experience of the hydrocarbon processes in which Incos systems are designed to protect. Tony has worked on campaigns and equipment for Chevron, Woodside, BHP, SANTOS, INPEX and QGC.
David Castle
Technician
David brings to the company over 20 years of experience within the fire protection industry, ranging from mining, military, and all aspects of commercial sites. Key areas include serving and maintaining deluge, water mist and fire suppression systems.
Work scopes such as new installations, repairs, compliance testing and reporting have aided David develop specialised experienced needed for the clients we partner with.
Gary Wilkinson
Maintenance Innovation Consultant
35+ years of experience in Operations and Maintenance within the Maritime and Oil & Gas sectors, Gary brings a wealth of diverse knowledge spanning: planning; execution; commissioning; Regulator and key-stakeholder engagement; process ownership; management system expertise; continuous improvement and innovation. Gary’s recent success in delivering “industry-first” server-less cloud-based application solutions (improving safety, reliability and hands-on-tool-time) to one of Australia’s leading O&G companies is also a personal passion borne from first-hand experience – “when you make it easier for technicians in the field to do their job, then everyone benefits”. Gary’s innovation-focus, coupled with his extensive experience from shop-floor to head-office ensures sustainable value-add across our strategic partnerships.
Charlie Ploumis
Technical Manager
Charlie has worked with safety and loss prevention engineering for nearly 10 years. As a Design Engineer and Systems Specialist Charlie has the unique experience of working end to end on Fire Protection packages. Charlie has designed customised integrated fire protection systems for small and large projects in Australia and overseas.
Charlie Ploumis has worked on some of Australia biggest and most complex projects including Gorgon and Ichthys. Charlie has also supported Engineering companies and Operators with Brownfields packages where operational factors and budget constraints become more prevalent. Charlie Ploumis designed all the High-pressure Water mist systems on the Ichthys CPF.
Hyejune Park
Fire & Safety Engineer
Hyejune has worked with fire and safety systems engineering for nearly 8 years. Prior to this Hyejune worked with upstream mechanical engineering in a global offshore shipyard for 7 years. His integrated engineering skills in offshore fire and safety sector offer clients a total solution for project design, project management, operations and maintenance. for numerous fire protection system types. Hyejune’s experience and knowledge are based on many major offshore projects i.e. – Total Dalia FPSO, Woodside Enfield FPSO, Stena/Seadrill Drillship, BP Skarv FPSO, Teekay Knarr FPSO, Hess Bergarding CPP, INPEX Ichthys CPF, Maersk Culzean FPSO, Hornsea 2 Windfarm Platform and ENI Coral FLNG.
Kerry Anstiss
Fire and Safety Engineer
Kerry has 5 years’ experience in the defence industry maintaining and supporting the operation of the Collins Class Submarines for the Royal Australian Navy. During this time he built an area of expertise in Water/Hydraulic Systems including buoyancy, bilging and cooling systems. Kerry has also fulfilled roles in Project Engineering and Test & Trials. Kerry completed his Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering specialising in Safety and Offshore Science & Engineering in 2015. Whilst studying Kerry also worked in the oil and gas firefighting industry, gaining experience in high pressure water mist and dry chemical systems. Kerry also completed a Graduate Certificate in Marine engineering in 2020.
Harshal Mankar
Business Developer
A qualified mechanical engineer and accomplished business developer, Harshal has worked with clients to supply fire protection equipment and systems for the special hazards associated with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining and Marine industries for more than fifteen years. Sales expertise includes gaseous suppression systems, water mist systems (HP, LP & Hybrid), deluge and sprinkler systems, firefighting foam systems, engineering consultancy, service work and maintenance contracts. Harshal has worked on local and international projects including Gorgon, Devil Creek, Ichthys, GWA, Okha , Montara, Stag and Prelude.
Ryan Carter
Parts and Materials Coordinator
Ryan brings over 13 years of experience supporting energy (offshore, onshore, and pipelines), resources, defence, shipbuilding, and maritime sectors. Since focusing on operational support roles, Ryan has made contributions to several core business areas: on-boarding and mobilization; project tendering; inventory management; purchasing and procurement; logistics planning; asset & maintenance management; project document control; plus quoting and processing sales orders for internal/external clients. Ryan consistently and efficiently provides high-level, customer-orientated, service for a broad range of internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
